SVP, Senior Product Manager, Small Business Products, 2007-2009. Oversaw product development and management of $40B portfolio of money market and savings products.

• Created key, repeatable governance process for underwriting model development; saved $25M/year in profits.

• Saved $2.5MM in foreign subsidiary tax liability developing and implementing a transfer pricing methodology to hedge foreign exchange rates for subsidiaries in Mexico and Canada.

• Managed budgeting, reporting and financial analysis of $60MM in marketing expenses optimizing investments to drive customer acquisitions, balance build and new product development for the American Airlines AAdvantage Credit Card.
• Responsible for $60M marketing budget; trimmed $10M annually in first year.
• Finance Lead for new product rollout, generating 150,000 accounts and over $200M in portfolio increases in the first 6 months.

⇒ Manager, Financial Analysis, Payless Shoe Source. Oversaw financial planning, analysis and reporting for $50MM in annual overhead expenses incurred across 3,200 stores. Reduced expenses by $2MM using new expense allocation methodology recognizing seasonality trends and consolidated cost reduction strategies.

⇒ Senior Financial Analyst, US Central Credit Union. Held Series 7, 63 and 65 NASD licenses and sat for CFA levels I and II. Created asset-liability management (ALM) interest rate risk model to assist commercial credit union clients with ALM and to drive strategic planning. Model became the standard in the industry.
