Computer Skills

I am comfortable with PCs and Macs.  Specifically, I am highly competent in Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel (for PCs) and Keynote and Pages (for Mac).   As a teacher, I advised the school newspaper and used Publisher and Pages to create thirty-page publications.

I'm a teacher and life-long learner seeking a challenging job that keeps me on my toes and keeps my mind full of strategies and new ideas. I like things that often scare people about jobs: public speaking, leading/being part of a team, analytical thinking, a fast-paced environment, and having little down time.

How do I define success? Having the guts to attempt to be a jack of all trades while mastering as many as I can. My interests are varied (knitting, tennis, baking, reading poetry) but many of the skills and the on the job experience that I possess will help me move toward my life's goal: to find a job that is challenging, fulfilling, and fast paced

Currently, I am seeking jobs in the fields of education, writing/editing, and auditing, but I am open to and ready for anything!
