Responsibilities: Systems analysis design, testing, and implementation of custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems using Graphical Designer/Dyna Designer, Oracle SQLPLUS, ‘C’, SHELL Scripts, and several additional Conversant packages in a UNIX environment. Provided documentation, including a complete description, and flowchart of the system(s) to be implemented based on information contained in the RA document. Participated in system design and code reviews of other developers, offering constructive solutions to optimize the system. Developed first IVR system on AT&T proprietary software within first six weeks of hire.
Special Project: Created flowchart (VISIO) detailing the call flow process of 50+ integrated
AT&T IVR systems. Updated, tested, and debugged code for more than 80% of the integrated
system. Brought all reports to customer standard. Coded and tested reports for approximately
10% of the system.
