Based on my experience I have developed an in depth understanding of both products and processes related transaction services with a focus on Payments and Cash Management (PCM). I like to bring a structured approach to achieve any goal at hand. Successfully transferring and implementing products related to transaction services from clients biggest leading bank, the Royal bank of Scotland to ING.  Adept at analyzing the competitive landscape, conducting research through focused, strategic workflow, starting and business process analyses. Analyze issues, devise continuous process improvements and incorporate business process initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline operations and decrease aggregate expenses with limited resources.  Consistently identifying and accelerating strategic measures to strengthen performance with sustained operational results. Forge long-lasting client and business partner relationships to mutually benefit our Internal and External Stakeholders.

I have always been recognized and appreciated for my ability to connect with people and motivate them to reach common objectives. This strengthens my believe that I can add lot of value as a board member. My main goal is finding motivating and challenging workshops for our members. I love movement and progress. It triggers me to enable me and others at the same time to get the best of our capabilities. Delivered long term forecast of work volume - and staff for at least six months by week and eighteen months by month. Collected, Analysed and  managed information from a number of sources; sales, marketing, operations and callcenter history.
Conducted research on past campaigns for projections and actual results. Developed a ‘discount rate’ to view actual results versus planned goals or targets. To be sure on the terms also conducted short term staffing scheduling forecast between one to five weeks out. Staff scheduling is tactical and day to day business.
