Opening/closing of store, counting money, verifying inventory, making bank runs and deposits, filling out proper paper work, emailing, faxing, answering phones, scheduling, dealing with customer issues, opening customers accounts and thinking critically on what can be offered for the best price, coach employees throughout the day on what was great and on what may need improvement, reaching out to correct agencies to deal with customer issues or account problems, company meeting once a week after hours, commute to other stores for inventory or training purposes, commute to monthly leadership trainings. Setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals for each employee and follow through on making sure goals were reached and proper coaching when they were not. Keeping store stocked with supplies for daily use as well as specials and promotions, ordering of brochures and advertising signs, as well as maintaining computer systems and fax/copier machines, running reports, using computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Eroes, and RQ 4, organizing customer appreciation days, running outside events, making and handing out flyers for advertising or special events and/or promotions, keeping store clean and presentable, interviewing, hiring, and training of all new employees.
