National Account Manager

I am presently responsible for the management of the main Italian and international Key Accounts in the discounter channel to improve related volume, turnover, profit, trade margin and market share.
My main responsibilities include: negotiation of annual agreement at national level; weekly channel and category overview (sell-in, sell-out, market share and competitor analysis) to identify continuous business opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability of the product portfolio; development of commercial strategic partnerships; promotional plan analysis and development for ATL and BTL activities internal and external teamwork coordination to implement tailored activities on specific customers.
Managing a total turnover of ca. 30 mio Euro.
From June 2009 in Coca-Cola HBC Italia: 2009 Market Developer (Verona); 2010 Local Key Account (Veneto); 2011 Sales Team Leader (Sassari); 2012-2014 Sales Area Manager (Sardinia).
Sales team management: ca. 40 people.
