As an artist, I need to create the things that make people feel satisfied, and stimulated, whether it is visually, physically or by taste. I always try to focus on evoking emotion with everything I present. As a chef I push to stay true to my creative roots and generate unique results with multiple mediums. In business I work well with new people in ever changing environments spanning a number of regions, cuisines, and job duties. The flexibility I have displayed by jumping into other fields of work using the same discipline as being a chef is one of my main assets.  I Directed the entire Food & Beverage Department Team for close to two years, worked hands on in the kitchen with my cooks making proprietary  spice blends, seasonings, sauces, & soups, personally performing my own butchery, and making desserts. I created all ordering, purchasing and storage systems for food throughout the property.

Quickly designed tailored menus for catering, custom desserts, planned parties and executed service on site, implemented new food to order system, PoS System, and delivery management as per room request for service. Enhancing guest experience for the entire hotel.

We also successfully brought facility to grade of A from a C when I arrived. Many of the programs implemented by the team we put in place grossed millions of dollars in sales. Were organized and effective, more importantly, saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process, and allowed for minimal waste of time & food.

  I always diligently ensured the safety standards of every employee working in the kitchen, maintained that they were courteous and attentive to the needs of everyone who dined at my establishment holding a 100% satisfaction record still since day one.
