This position requires anything the office needs with exception of providing a diagnosis or treatment limited by licensure. Beginning the position as the only employee for the doctor, I was expected to perform all tasks from billing and collection management to housekeeping. Patient care and flow to front office work handling all scheduling and payment processing. I also performed all the future hiring process with the doctor providing final approval. Now I administrate 12 part/full time employees and learned the art of effective delegation to meet goals and perform tasks on time.

I was employed as a chiropractic assistant performing all office duties not limited to any assistive requests by one of the doctors to allow for smooth patient processing.

I first became certified to work as an STNA to assist patients in many ways limited by my qualifications. I assisted patients from hygiene to meal production to housekeeping. An important part of the job was also helping to keep patient moral healthy and providing them with an enjoyable atmosphere.
