Provide technical sales support; understanding and communicating to our client the value of technology. Ensure that Well Plans, Designs and Drilling Programs comply with internal policies and procedures and with customer/local regulations. Participate in personal reviews and conduct audits, to ensure that Company policies and standards are understood and implemented. Ensure that all well plans are fit for purpose and provide the most cost effective solution to meet the drilling target considerations. Identify areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied. Evaluate all aspects of drilling performance and maintain database to capture and share lessons learned. Provide real-time monitoring and decision support to the drilling team with the aim of improving drilling performance. Document and report all deviations from the drilling program and QHSE policies. Collect and collate information to monitor performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the quality and cost effectiveness of drilling performance. Responsible for the effective design and implementation of well plans and BHAs.

Acted as Stuck Pipe incident reviewer, analyzing all previous stuck pipe events and determining root causes, action plans and lessons learned in order to prevent future stuck pipe situations. Performed technical analysis of tool failures determining root causes. Provide real-time monitoring and decision support to the drilling team with the aim of improving drilling performance Responsible for the effective design and implementation of well plans for different clients in East Venezuela.

Engineer in Charge

Dual Services Engineer in Charge for field operations going on with different clients and an activity up to 12 rigs in East Venezuela. In charge of performing the correct tool request in a timely basis to cover daily and upcoming operations. In charge of optimizing tool usage at the field and improving the turnaround time of tools to the shop for proper servicing, aiming as well on the optimization of transportation costs. Monitor tool usage on location preventing that these remain for a long time at the rig without being used.
