Email Marketing Analyst
• Work in tandem with the MarCom Team to contribute to strategy for various marketing campaigns executed by web or mobile means in effort to drive desired consumer behaviors
• Set up and schedule mailings along with managing subscriber data and segmentation within our ESP.
• Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion, assess deliverability, provide KPI reports, etc.
• Conduct research and communicate resolutions for any deliverability issues to management.
• Develop reports and analysis on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basis that includes meaningful insight and recommendations to guide future email communication initiatives.
• Maintain, revise and grow existing communications report bank.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize email performance
• Stay informed on industry trends and performance benchmarks
