Having started my working life in restaurants and bars my customer service skills have been developing from an early age. Technical Support 

Within a technical support position I have developed a tenacity for overcoming and resolving customer issues. I have a methodical approach to overcoming technical queries that has resulted in great customer satisfaction and time saving as I am quick to respond accurately and efficiently with results. I do not let pressure effect me negatively and I continuously provide excellent customer service.


Fully IT literate with good operating knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Through working as technical support lead, I have also developed a sound knowledge of most Windows operating systems including 7,10, XP and Vista and also Apple products too.

Managed a small team of technical support staff to support bespoke 4G enabled mobile surveillance systems. Had responsibility for out of hours support to high priority customers. Designed new communication methods to improve on service and efficiency including a new company wide CRM software. Provided software setup and training to customers. Developed new software guides and marketing materials to ensure the best user experience. Monitored the quality control of the production department.

Other Skills and Interests

I enjoy challenges and being outdoors, this is evident from my hobbies and interests that include many country pursuits such as clay pigeon and small bore rifle shooting, sea and course fishing, hill walking, mountain climbing, skiing and exploring cities around the world with my family. I am also a member of the local clay-shooting club. I have taken part and organised charity events to raise money for The British Heart Foundation, such events include the National Three Peaks Challenge. I hold a clean full UK driving licence and have access to my own transport.
