Created an independent UGC application, including an iOS prototype, go-to-market strategy, and 24 month P&L model. Pitched to the owner of PGM, with the CCO's backing. Initiative is currently dormant.
Landing Page Redesign (The Hollywood Reporter):
A platform approach to UI for a publisher landing page which led to a 45% increase in session duration, 20% reduction in bounce rate, and an 800% increase in total and viewable ad impressions.
List Page Redesign (The Hollywood Reporter):
THR's silver bullet for extending engagement in the face of an increasingly fractured acquisition landscape for digital publishers. Lists now account for 45% of total site engagement, up from less than 1% prior to the redesign.
