  • Developed competitor research techniques that quickly identify sources of customers and their likely spending habits. Products are then sourced or personally developed to match customer needs.
  • Email Marketing allows the development of profitable, long term relationships with customers. It greatly reduces buyer's remorse and gives additional opportunities to increase revenue / profit per customer. Also allows selling to customers who may not have purchased during their first contact.
  • Search Engine Optimization / Social Media presence and its effective use, has allowed us to target customers while they are actively searching for the solutions and products we offer. This allows for significant ROI and increased credibility / value.
  • Outsourced 85% of simple, time consuming tasks overseas. Allowing focus on developing additional revenue streams, while still remaining profitable.

                         Ranked Top 10 worldwide for repair volume and speed of repairs.

                         Ranked Top 10 worldwide for academic institution / education sales.

  • Lobbied the State of North Carolina to include key product category in state-wide Sales Tax Holiday. Resulted in significant iPod sales for store, company and channel partners.
  • Key Leadership Role to team of up to 70 employees. Directly responsible for up to 40. Recruited, hired, and trained approximately 20 employees per year.
  • Improved Operational compliance and procedure. Resulted in near perfect audits and significant reduction in financial chargebacks. Liaison  with law-enforment officials resulted in the recovery of more than $25,000 worth of stolen inventory.

Responsible for mentoring new managers with new store / remodel setup and structuring. Managed stale store turn-around resulting in 50% sales growth and store being moved to a larger location.

Replaced successful senior manager and ran double digit sales growth in aging location.
