Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Lead a team of 80 professionals responsible for investigating individual consumer complaints submitted to the Bureau, to evaluate noncompliance with the consumer protection regulations under the Bureau's purview and to pursue consumer-specific resolutions. Launched and led the formation of the Investigations section since 2011, including its strategy, processes, staffing and training of the workforce, performance management, technology direction, and risk analytics.. Established and maintain a high performance culture that conforms to Federal Merit System Principles.
