The READS Scholar assigned in the Office of the Vice President for Academics perform job responsibilities that deal with clerical or communication related duties and assistance in the daily office operations.

Assisting the Administrative Secretary in workload.
Answers telephone call and place call to the Administrative Assistant/VPA.
Receives checks (for necessary attachments) and records the incoming documents in the logbook.
Filing documents, typing jobs and disseminating memos and other circulars.
Forwards documents signed by the VPA to the concerned departments.
Photocopy/Scans all signed documents by the VPA before forwarding.
Prepares the meeting venue and the needed equipment, furniture and fixture.
Prepares reports from time to time.
Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Renders and extends auxiliary services beyond the expected usual duties and responsibilities of a READS Grantee.
