Dan Crouch currently resides in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he was born and raised. He also attended college there at the University of Nebraska. Recently returning after an extensive career in electronics and broadcast management that has taken him around the country, Dan Crouch presently operates his own private business, Crouch Services, out of Lincoln. A member of several professional organizations, including the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Society of Broadcast Engineers, Dan Crouch is also a member of the United States Tennis Association, USA Volleyball, and the Southern Region Volleyball Association. Dan Crouch has played competitively in fast-pitch softball and indoor and outdoor volleyball tournaments. He has competed in numerous professional beach volleyball tournaments and earned a win in a large, outdoor grass doubles tournament before retiring from the sport. Crouch also coached volleyball and has recently begun playing coed tennis, sharing his enthusiasm for the sport with his niece and nephew. Dan Crouch enjoys visiting his daughter and her family in Greeley, Colorado, and watching his grandson play tee ball. In his spare time, he also enjoys bicycling, dog training, and solving Rubik’s Cubes. Dan Crouch is actively involved with Lincoln’s First-Plymouth Church and has donated much of his time and money to charity work. In 2001, Dan Crouch assisted in recovery efforts for the World Trade Center by supplying food for emergency workers and also volunteered his time sandbagging the flooded Missouri River in 2011. In addition, Dan Crouch is a regular volunteer for the Special Olympics and participated in the National Invitational Golf and Softball Event for Special Olympics in 2009. Dan Crouch has sponsored Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and contributes to First-Plymouth Church, the Alzheimer’s Association, Iowa Western Community College, William Jewel University, and the American Red Cross.
