- I was responsible for investigating reports of child abuse and neglect.

- I worked with families, in their homes, to ensure the safety of their children and determine which, if any, services should be put into place to assist them.

- I was responsible for making referrals to various community agencies and ensuring that the families engaged in those services.

- I took and typed extensive case notes.
