Dana Bakos (Winnetka)

An accomplished sales and account management professional, Dana Bakos holds a bachelor of arts in journalism with a minor in business from Indiana University Bloomington and a master of arts in education and social policy from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She won a Golden Apple Award while teaching in inner-city Chicago as part of the Golden Apple Foundation program. Since 2011, Dana Bakos has served as a regional account executive with MHI Global Leadership and Management.

Dana develops new business for the global provider of training programs in the fields of sales, customer service, and leadership development. During her first year, she generated $1.2 million in new revenue for MHI Global. Ms. Bakos won the MHI Pinnacle Club Award in 2013, when she achieved 134 percent of her annual sales quota. In 2014, she surpassed quota by 119 percent.
