Over his 17 year tenure in the commercial real estate finance and asset management industry, Daniel Tealdi has been involved in structuring commercial real estate finance, leasing and sales transactions for over 500 properties with a total value in excess of $1.0 billion. He combines this market acumen with an extensive breadth of technology expertise, having previously designed and architected REDTabletâ„¢, an e-signature based software and Table PC hardware solution.

Additionally, Dan Tealdi stands out as a visionary and co-author of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization's (MISMO's) v1.0 XML e-signature and e-vault data standards in 1999. These data standards have become the foundation set for creating and trading the highly anticipated paperless eMortgage transaction to and from a primary mortgage originator and the secondary mortgage market of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Dan was elected responsible for co-authoring and architecting version 1.0 for the XML e-signature and e-vaulting standards, which remain in use today as the data standards specifications for the United States primary and secondary mortgage market.
