He combines this market acumen with an extensive breadth of technology expertise, having previously designed and architected REDTablet™, an e-signature based software and Table PC hardware solution.

Additionally, Dan Tealdi stands out as a visionary and co-author of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization's (MISMO's) v1.0 XML e-signature and e-vault data standards in 1999. These data standards have become the foundation set for creating and trading the highly anticipated paperless eMortgage transaction to and from a primary mortgage originator and the secondary mortgage market of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Dan was elected responsible for co-authoring and architecting version 1.0 for the XML e-signature and e-vaulting standards, which remain in use today as the data standards specifications for the United States primary and secondary mortgage market.
