After working several years in China, where I built a proven record of achievements and value creation in structured corporations, I returned to Italy to enhance my expertise in Executive Search and Talent Management within the North East area.

In this context I developed a deep understanding of the local business fabric, providing both SMEs and multinational companies with customized, accurate and effective services.

In 2018 I joined AIMS International, one of the largest global Executive Search and Management Consulting organizations, with more than 90 offices and numerous local experts in 50 countries across all continents.

I'm based in Verona and Venice area, managing local and international projects, with a focus on industrial, manufacturing and automotive sectors.

Graduated at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, I hold a Master’s Degree in Asian Studies and Business Management. Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.

ZEL China was established in Tianjin as licensee of Zanussi Elettromeccanica Italy in 1987 and became the first JV company in China compressor industry. In 2013, Beijing Zhenbang Aerospace Precision Machinery Co., Ltd has become ZEL's main shareholder by acquiring equity share from ACC Compressors Italy.

In this context I held the role of HR Consultant, responsible for the selection process of Italian executives (GM, Sales Director, COO, CFO, Quality Manager) for the newly acquired Company, through head hunting, interviews and Italian-Chinese interpreting services.

I reported directly to the CEO of Zhenbang Group in Beijing.
