ZEL China was established in Tianjin as licensee of Zanussi Elettromeccanica Italy in 1987 and became the first JV company in China compressor industry. In 2013, Beijing Zhenbang Aerospace Precision Machinery Co., Ltd has become ZEL's main shareholder by acquiring equity share from ACC Compressors Italy.

In this context I held the role of HR Consultant, responsible for the selection process of Italian executives (GM, Sales Director, COO, CFO, Quality Manager) for the newly acquired Company, through head hunting, interviews and Italian-Chinese interpreting services.

I reported directly to the CEO of Zhenbang Group in Beijing.

Nantong Fujitsu Tongfu Microelectronics Co.,Ltd is the Chinese joint venture of the Japanese Fujitsu Group. The company is a supplier of semiconductors and electronic components for several Chinese and Japanese manufacturers.

After a profitable internship, I have been appointed as Junior Sales Manager in charge of the relations with Japanese clients within its subsidiary Nantong Jinjue Car Accessories Co., Ltd.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Foreign correspondence and interpreting services; 
• Supporting the Sales Director on business development; 
• Assistance on marketing and advertising activities;
• Participation to automotive fairs in China and Japan.

I reported to the Sales Director of the Company.

During my studies in China I had the opportunity to work as an intern at the Shanghai subsidiary of Risfond Executive Search Co., Ltd.
