In this context I was responsible for the selection of Italian executives (GM, Sales Director, COO, CFO, Quality Manager) for the newly acquired Company, through head hunting, interviews and Italian-Chinese interpreting services.

I reported directly to the CEO of Zhenbang Group in Beijing.
