In my role as a Senior Consultant stationed in Padova, I oversaw both local and international projects, with a particular emphasis on the EMEA and APAC regions. My focus primarily revolved around the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

AIMS International, a globally renowned Executive Search consultancy, maintains a strong presence worldwide. In Italy, AIMS operates through offices located in Milan, Rome, and Verona.

During my tenure, I served as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and Management Consulting, with a particular focus on EMEA, Asia-Pacific Countries, and the Americas.

My responsibilities encompassed:

• Managing local and international executive searches.
• Driving business development initiatives and managing client accounts.
• Spearheading the Asia Desk, with a concentration on projects related to China and Japan.

My expertise spanned across various industries, including Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing, ICT, Fashion & Luxury, and Food & Beverage sectors.

Dotto ReSearch is an Executive Search firm founded in Pordenone in 1985. Since 2015, it has been a member of the Penrhyn International network.

In my capacity as an Executive Recruiter, I specialized in sourcing and recruiting C-Level and Middle Management professionals for both Italian and International companies operating in East Asia.

Additionally, I spearheaded business development initiatives and fostered relationships with Chinese and Japanese companies possessing subsidiaries in Europe.

My primary focus areas included Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing, ICT, and FMCG sectors.

Nantong Fujitsu Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd, a Chinese joint venture of the renowned Japanese Fujitsu Group, specializes in supplying semiconductors and electronic components to various Chinese and Japanese manufacturers.

Following a successful internship, I was appointed as Assistant Sales Manager, overseeing relations with Japanese clients at its subsidiary, Nantong Jinjue Car Accessories Co., Ltd.

My primary responsibilities included:

• Managing foreign correspondence and providing interpreting services.
• Assisting the Sales Director in driving business development efforts.
• Supporting marketing and advertising activities.
• Representing the company at automotive fairs in China and Japan.

I reported directly to the Sales Director of the company, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with strategic objectives.

Risfond Executive Search, established in Beijing in 2008, has expanded its operations globally, boasting over 2,000 employees, serving more than 20,000 clients, and operating through 86 branches worldwide.

During my academic tenure in China, I undertook an internship at the Shanghai subsidiary of Risfond Executive Search Co., Ltd.

As a Junior Recruiter, I collaborated with senior consultants on various projects, primarily focusing on sourcing and recruiting foreign middle managers and professionals for Chinese plants and subsidiaries of European, US, and Japanese companies.

My main areas of expertise included Automotive, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.
