In this context I held the role of HR Business Partner, responsible for the selection of Italian executives (GM, Sales Director, COO, CFO, Quality Manager) for the newly acquired Company, through head hunting, interviews and Italian-Chinese interpreting services.

I reported directly to the CEO of Zhenbang Group in Beijing.
