The Company was established in Tianjin as licensee of Zanussi Elettromeccanica Italy in 1987 and became the first joint-venture company in China compressor industry. In 2013, Beijing Zhenbang Aerospace Precision Machinery Co., Ltd has become ZEL's main shareholder by acquiring equity share from ACC Compressors Italy.

I reported directly to the CEO of Zhenbang Group in Beijing.
