-Nominated and selected as a Top 10 Manager Under 30 by Ski Area Management Magazine.
-Administered the daily operations of a 542 bed - 321 unit employee services facility. Oversight included: $500K operating and 960K+ revenue budget, facility and building maintenance, housekeeping, cafe, conference space, theatre, security, office and parking allocations.
-Led the housing team to a historic revenue year; exceeded the '13-'14 revenue target by 13% and 21% over prior year while balancing the budget. Projected to exceed the '14-'15 revenue target by 8%.
-Assisted the HR Front desk with new hire paperwork, on-boarding, inquiries, HR compliance, and events and celebrations for up to 1,600 employees and 300 volunteers.
-Seasoned international recruitment, job fair, and outreach experience. Travelled domestically and abroad to recruit staff for on behalf of multiple departments.
-Collaborated with sales and services team to strategically develop and evolve low cost race-group and non-Copper employee lodging programs to drive sales during non-peak periods.
-Managed a two-phase $340,000.00 expenditure carpet renovation capital project. Assisted in the logistics, planning, and design of a $1.2M exterior capital expenditure project.
-Implemented strategies to reduce paycheck refunds when processing payroll deductions. Statistics reflect a 35% decrease over FY14 and 65% over FY13.
-Annually evaluated and revised the Handbook and Lease Agreement, office training SOPs, Housing web-page, online housing application, and Emergency Response SOP.
-Collaborated with Woodward Copper Summer Camp in the planning and execution of camp lodging, security, and facility logistics; camp achieved 20% growth YOY since 2011.
-Developed and presented a Housing Culture Orientation for new employees which averaged 100+ in attendance YOY.
-Ensured compliance of all local, state, and federal building regulations including annual fire safety inspections and adherence to the PUD.
