Marketing Consultant- Product Management & Development
- Manage product development and enhancement process of assigned products.
- Design new or enhance existing products based on value proposition and determine regulatory and technology requirements to ensure that the new products are launched smoothly.
- Own P&L for assigned products and continuously monitor profitability to ensure budget and profitability targets are met.
- Development and execution of an integrated "Go to Market" plan in coordination with channel team owner including development of plans across mass advertising, online, offline retail, PR and other critical marketing channels.
- Monitor product trends and communicate product ideas.
- Launch Kidsville Cafe's web portal.
- Increase annual sales by 40%.
- Successful launch of different programs such as "After School Program","Winter/Summer Camps".
- Successful launch of "Mommy & Me Event" with more than 400 new customers from the community.
