Dale Warfel, a Real Estate Consultant with Keller Williams Realty, works with clients buying and selling residential real estate in San Jose, Willow Glen, Los Gatos, Campbell, and throughout Santa Clara County. Mr. Warfel possesses almost a decade of experience in selling property, and has been investing in real estate projects since 1997. When Dale Warfel started looking into the real estate sector, he worked as a Manufacturing Development Engineer for Cisco Systems. In this role, Mr. Warfel was responsible for creating manufacturing methods for the company, writing the training program for the final assembly line, and strategizing capacity for the production line. In 2000, Dale Warfel accepted a position as a Manufacturing Development Engineer at Amber Networks, a promising start-up that developed Edge Routers. Amber Networks was later acquired by Nokia in late 2001. There, he was promoted to Manufacturing and Test Engineering Manager, a position he held until 2004. This position granted Mr. Warfel the opportunity to exercise his management skills and supervise a team of highly talented test engineers in the process of developing new Nokia products. In 2004, Dale Warfel transitioned out of the technology sector and joined the workforce of Keller Williams Realty in San Jose, California, as a Real Estate Consultant. During his tenure at Keller Williams, he has completed advanced training and was awarded the designation of Certified Short Sales Professional, and has helped many distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure through completing successful short sale transactions. Dale works directly with homeowners and clients who are in the market to purchase or sell single-family homes, condominiums, investment properties, and town homes. Dale is certified as a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. He has also achieved the Graduate Realtor® Institute designation, a designation held by less than 6% of California Realtors®.
