About  Dale Salmonese

ale Salmonese serves as a professor in the Academic Enrichment Program at Molloy College’s New York campus, providing nursing students with the skills to understand the sciences behind their profession. Dale Salmonese previously served as managing pharmacist with the Salisbury/Kent/New Milford Pharmacy in Connecticut. From 2007 to 2013, he oversaw fiscal and inventory control aspects of operations while providing pharmaceutical services to the community.

Mr. Salmonese earned his Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Science at St. John's University in Queens. He subsequently joined St. Clare’s Hospital,located in New York City, and began his career as a pharmacist.

Throughout the 1980s, he worked for New Milford Hospital as Director of Pharmacy Services; involved in all aspects of patient care and medicinal therapy. Mr. Salmonese also provided nursing and medical staff with pharmaceutical education and created a system for effectively monitoring the patients clinical drug therapy. He was integrally involved in the pharmacy department’s total budget and financial reporting as related to hospital administration.

Dale Salmonese has had past experience with the United States Coast Guard and its Auxiliary, as a qualified crew member,vessel inspector, and career counselor; completing antiterrorism and port security tours for Homeland Security, in conjunction with the local authorities and the Environmental Protection Agency.
