Middle School renovation and addition. This $3+ million project included the construction of a 10,000 sq.ft. Multi-Purpose Building, housing the new schools kitchen, lunchroom, gymnasium and locker rooms and coaches offices, and the demolition of existing and replacement of multiple portable structures. The revamping of existing school entry, athletic field and site access roads, additional parking and extensive site hardscape and landscape improvements.

50,000 sq.ft. Retail center. This $8 million project for Safeway Inc. features a full scale state of the art shopping area with full serve Grocery, Delicatessen, Chinese Hot Wok, Bakery, Meat, Floral and Pharmacy departments. The project building structure consists of CMU walls with a hybrid steel truss and panelized roof structure as well as on site utilities, parking facilities and hardscape ad landscape development.

Project included wood frame walls and roof, extensive HVAC and Electrical systems, large locker and shower areas, stucco and standing seam metal roof exterior, as well as underground utilities and multiple parking facilities

UPRR, One Spot Car Repair
30,000 Sq. Ft. Rail Car Repair Facility.
Project consisted of complex concrete construction and a pre-engineered metal structure with office area, locker/shower restrooms, lunchroom, training room and large shop area. Shop area included; 3 rail tracks traversing the length of the building., Rail Car Jacking Pit, 20 Ton Overhead Traveling Crane, Jib Cranes, raised work platforms, and extensive Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems.

70,000 Sq. Ft., 3 Phase, 2nd &3rd floor interior build-out. Project included interior framing, custom ceilings, wall treatment and floor coverings; retrofit installation of 2nd to 3rd floor convenience stair & roof light monitor, auxiliary generators & enclosure, building to building communication duct bank, and additional rooftop HVAC equipment.
Woodcreek High School
Directly responsible for construction of 350 seat Theater Arts & Music Complex. Complex consisted of concrete masonry, structural steel and wood framing. Theater included a radius/stepped seating arrangement with unique sound wall design and full stage and theater lighting amenities. Responsibilities also included athletic game field structures, satellite facilities for continued education and site work coordination.
