The revamping of existing school entry, athletic field and site access roads, additional parking and extensive site hardscape and landscape improvements.

50,000 sq.ft. Retail center. This $8 million project for Safeway Inc. features a full scale state of the art shopping area with full serve Grocery, Delicatessen, Chinese Hot Wok, Bakery, Meat, Floral and Pharmacy departments. The project building structure consists of CMU walls with a hybrid steel truss and panelized roof structure as well as on site utilities, parking facilities and hardscape ad landscape development.

Project consisted of complex concrete construction and a pre-engineered metal structure with office area, locker/shower restrooms, lunchroom, training room and large shop area. Shop area included; 3 rail tracks traversing the length of the building., Rail Car Jacking Pit, 20 Ton Overhead Traveling Crane, Jib Cranes, raised work platforms, and extensive Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems.

Woodcreek High School
Directly responsible for construction of 350 seat Theater Arts & Music Complex. Complex consisted of concrete masonry, structural steel and wood framing. Theater included a radius/stepped seating arrangement with unique sound wall design and full stage and theater lighting amenities. Responsibilities also included athletic game field structures, satellite facilities for continued education and site work coordination.

Ground up construction of a design build fast track Gymnasium Fitness Center for the U.S. Navy at their Monterey Naval Postgraduate School. This $5 million Spanish/Mediterranean style building features a CMU and structural steel shell with tile roof and stucco exterior. The facility includes regulation size basketball, volleyball and racquetball courts with adjacent exercise equipment and aerobics areas. Also included are management offices, restrooms, locker rooms and showers. Extensive grading and site development as well as landscape, sidewalks, ramps, stairs and trellis are included.Charles F. Summer Modernization projectof 15 Classrooms included demolition of existing interiors and installing new exterior and interior doors, tack board and vinyl wall covering, acoustical tile and grid ceilings, recessed light fixtures, extensive casework and counter tops, instruction aids and floor coverings. Supervision of O.R.#4 Conversion and Sterile Storage relocation and X-RAY ONE Remodel Projects. Project was performed on an accelerated schedule during ongoing surgical procedures and radiology exams. Work included upgrade of facilities and relocation of surgical and sterile storage equipment, extensive mechanical and electrical modifications and integration with existing systems.

Mechanized Material Handling Equipment
Travis A.F.B., Ca.
Developed systems and techniques for upgrade of U.S.A.F. Western Region Air Freight Terminal material handling system. Work included refurbishment and installation of material transfer equipment, assembly of Elevating Transfer Vehicles and installation of 3,400 lineal ft. of rail. Multi-phased project was completed without interruption of ongoing military activities at the airfreight terminal and base munitions storage facilities.
