I have succeeded in various enterprise technology sales roles including account management, solution opportunity management, specialist sales team management, partner recruitment, and channel management. 10 years ago, I helped establish PC (data) conferencing as an enterprise-ready technology via a subscription licensing model called software as a service (SaaS). I then helped establish value & instasll base for enterprise presence, IM & presence-enabled applications. Now I am driving complete unified communications and messaging solutions to the Northeast US enterprise market via field account teams and Voice Specialized Partners.

Voice Partner Manager, Northeast US

I recruit & manage services integration partner organizations that can help Microsoft customers deploy our Unified Communications & Unified Messaging platform. Specific focus is in the area of Enterprise Voice & Conferencing (OCS 2007 R2), and native Exchange voicemail (E2K7 + UM). These software powered voice / VoIP solutions help customers realize meaningful business process improvements. Customers can also avoid new investments in legacy voice systems (PBX, Telephones) which offer limited architectural value moving forward.
