Specific focus is in the area of Enterprise Voice & Conferencing (OCS 2007 R2), and native Exchange voicemail (E2K7 + UM). These software powered voice / VoIP solutions help customers realize meaningful business process improvements. Customers can also avoid new investments in legacy voice systems (PBX, Telephones) which offer limited architectural value moving forward.

I was responsible for enterprise licensing revenue growth of Microsoft's Unified Communications & Unified Messaging products & related hosted services, primarily within the northeast US enterprise market. I owned opportunity sales cycles with typical deal size between $250K and several $ million. I was among the first at Microsoft to specialize in enterprise presence, instant messaging, data conferencing (LCS 2005, OCS 2007), and native Exchange voicemail (E2K7 UM). I earned SSP of the year award doe Northeast District in 2006

I helped create - and was the first to manage - the hosted web applications specialist team, and owned the largest and most strategic sales cycles in North America personally.

I was the first east coast enterprise account manager beginning in Oct '99 when company's name was ActiveTouch. Acquired and managed some of the the largest and most stretegic customer accounts for WebEx Communicatons at the time, including General Electric. I helped drive from inception one of the first successful SaaS (Software as a Service) licensing models in the enterprise software industry.
