Her multi-layered experience throughout North America has been key in many commercial environments including hospitality and timeshare venues, commercial spaces and restaurants. Her continued experience and education in the Nonprofit Sector has only added to her wealth of expertise in healthcare, small business and community relations.

Currently, Denise works in Volunteer Services at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Phoenix Children’s Hospital, ranked in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Children’s Hospitals, is Arizona’s only licensed children’s hospital, providing world-class care in more than 40 pediatric specialties to children from throughout the state and region.

Denise received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin and studied Design, History and Spanish.  She has completed Master’s work in Public History and Museum Design at Arizona State University and has worked with the City of Scottsdale's Historic Preservation Office. She also earned a Graduate Certification in Non-Profit Management and Leadership through Arizona State University.

After working in both exhibit and retail design for KOHLER Company in Kohler, Wisconsin, she joined Motif and worked as the head of Account Management before leading the Hospitality Development Division as Director. She worked side by side with some of their most important clients including Vulcan, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Marriott and DMB. Denise owns a full service Marketing and Public Relations firm called Graystock Marketing. She continues to volunteer her time with a variety of Phoenix based nonprofits.

I have known Ms. Gray since 1991 when we attended High School together in Wisconsin. We have remained friends through personal and professional endeavors and Active Military Service. We have recently  begun a Marketing and Public Relations firm called Graystock Marketing. Ms. Gray most recently acted as the Public Information Officer for the City of Mesa, Arizona.
