Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management Lead for Cox Enterprises Information Technology department. Develops and leads change management strategies for enterprise-wide technology initiatives that impact all Cox subsidiaries. Responsible for the development of change management capabilities including the development of frameworks, methods and toolsets as well as change management knowledge and skills for Cox employees. Works with Cox executives to establish and maintain leadership alignment over the course of initiatives. Partners with various Program Management Offices and collaborates to understand comprehensive stakeholder impacts associated with program/project implementation and determine effective adoption strategies. Provides oversight of high priority program/project-related change management efforts as well as associated resource planning and staffing for change management resource needs.
