·Provide high level support to the Executive Director

·Implemented new management tools for organization for youth programming and volunteers
·Administrative Support – Responsible for complex calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and community outlets. Processes incoming and outgoing email communication on behalf of our youth programming. Screen and interviews potential volunteers and performs training for all volunteers that interact with youth.
·Budget – Manages annual budget for youth programming including analyzing for finical needs. Prepare research for grants and donations.
·Event Planning – Coordinates events for local community and community leaders to promote our youth programming and other internal programming..
·School Site - Structured a safe and inclusive environment on the playground by coordinating a variety of schoolyard sports and games during recess and lunch. Worked with classroom teachers to reintroduce physical activity into the school curriculum for pre K – 5th grade students. Developed and coordinated an after school physical activity and academic enhancement programs, evening basketball and volleyball leagues, and youth leadership programs at each Playworks/Sports 4 Kids program site. Have regular meetings with school leaders to make sure curriculum is what still what is needed and address any concerns.
·Office Site – Maintained current records of students enrolled students. Keep up to date records of after school field trips. Maintain and report on kids development and expectations from school.
·Event Director - In charge of booking for night clubs in complex, event planning and budgeting. Staffing events, contract negotiations, and making sure the company adheres to contract agreements.
·PR - Making flyers and press releases to the social media sites, web sites, and News papers. When celebrities arrived I made sure they met the media outlets and acted as there PR liaison for the night.
·Executive Assistant - – Coordinated bi-annual schedule for financial report meetings. Responsible for processing office communication through email. First point of contact for all incoming questions. Managed front office which included: greeting visitors, answering phones, supervising Interns
