Cynthia Drayton is an intentional Workforce leader with more than 13 years experience and expertise in managing federal and state grants.
Cynthia is results-driven with exceptional communication and engagement skills which have provided her with the opportunity to present at a variety of venues such as the National Black Caucus Community Partnership Forum in Washington, D.C. as a panelist.
Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to organizational leadership, strategic planning, group training and facilitation, program/grant evaluation and enhancement, networking-building key alliances/partnerships, performance review and improvement, training and supervision, and integrity – maintaining high ethical standards. She is passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential and dreams.

Currently, Cynthia is the manager of the Georgia Department of Labor Thomasville Career Center in Thomasville, Georgia.
