In 2001, Cynthia Rosicki and her husband discussed their dream of opening a winery to produce superlative sparkling wines and champagnes with vineyard expert Steve Mudd. Not long thereafter, they had not only purchased several acres on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island to establish Sparkling Pointe Winery, but also earned first place honors at the 2008 Wine Literary Awards Tasting for their Sparkling Pointe 2004 Topaz Imperial Sparkling. Tom and Cynthia Rosicki’s vineyard has continued to enjoy success ever since.

Having produced several award-winning sparkling wines and champagnes, as well as chardonnays and pinot noirs, with the assistance of master winemaker Gilles Martin, Tom and Cynthia Rosicki’s Sparkling Pointe has garnered considerable approval from wine industry experts. A glowing review from The New York Times’ Howard Goldberg placed Sparkling Pointe at the forefront of Long Island’s wineries, while both Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator magazines have given high scores of 90 points to the vineyard’s wines. Tom and Cynthia Rosicki’s winery also serves as a venue for weddings and private events on Long Island. The property features a tasting house and a VIP Bubble Room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and full-service bar.

In addition to overseeing the creation of an award-winning winery, Cynthia Rosicki has played an active role in her local community. In recognition of her charitable contributions, she has received numerous awards, including the Polish Children’s Heartline Humanitarian Award and Nassau County Community Service Award. Ms. Rosicki has also served as a member or leader of various local nonprofit organizations, including the Rotary Polish Gift of Life, the Polish National Alliance, and CSMR.
