Launch and manage remote trial sites for Shook, Hardy & Bacon trial teams. Draft budget proposals for each new trial site assignment. Specialize in negotiating contracts to secure office space, sleeping rooms and trial site services. Travel to the trial sites to set- up remote offices for trial teams and their partners. Work closely with the court personnel in defining courtroom / courthouse logistical challenges. Assist with courtroom hardware set -up. Assist and manage the dismantling of the trial site.  Review and process invoices generated at the trial site.

Research and locate properties that fits the requirements provided by the prospective buyer. Negotiate on behalf of the buyer in securing reasonable contract terms to purchase the real estate.
