Cydcor provides access to 3,000 of the industry's top sales professionals prized for their professionalism and results. The company attracts talent of the highest caliber, devoting considerable resources to best-in-class product & service and sales training leading to advancement opportunities. Since its inception, Cydcor's vision has been to become the global leader in outsourced face-to-face sales, a goal the company strives to achieve by fostering a culture of opportunity, entrepreneurial spirit and excellence. Named 'the global leader in outsourced sales' in 2009 by Datamonitor, Cydcor owes its success to its cohesive network of nearly 250 independent sales offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. Team building is a key component of Cydcor's training and approach to management. Furthermore, Cydcor promotes proactive partnership by rewarding those who exemplify it in their daily interactions. First and foremost, Cydcor believes that maintaining its position as a leader in the direct sales industry depends on it nimble approach to meet client needs and effective teamwork across the enterprise and with clients. Evolving with the needs of its professional sales force, Cydcor's culture is defined by straight-forward and unshakable "behaviors we value" that promote integrity, personal accountability and a focus on execution. Together with training that helps team members excel on the job, the company's core values embed professionalism in every business exchange. The "behaviors we value" also guide the company's commitment to the communities in which it operates. Supporting global and local not-for-profit organizations and charities, the network of independent Cydcor sales offices participate in philanthropic initiatives to help improve the lives of people at home and around the world. Below are some recent examples: In September 2011, the joint efforts of Cydcor's North American offices raised $150,000 to support Operation Smile, an international charity and non-governmental organization (NGO) that provides children around the world with reconstructive surgeries addressing facial deformities. In 2007, Cydcor partnered with Casa Pacifica on a holiday toy drive to bolster the support services available to abused, neglected and at-risk youth. That year, over 360 needy children and their families, who might otherwise have been forgotten, received gifts. The following year, Cydcor participated in a holiday clothing drive and raised $2,500. Throughout the year, Cydcor individual team members attend "volunteer days" where they can take advantage of eight-hours of paid time off to work with a charity of their choice. The company's values "integrity, service, development of people, collaboration, execution communication and respect" are inherent in every facet of its business and community engagements. From sales training, operational support and campaigns to philanthropic initiatives and service, Cydcor's offices deliver exceptional commitment and results that benefit clients, colleagues and the community.
