As IT Manager I lead the IT infrastructure & operation department directly reporting to CIO (Chief Information Officer). I take care for support and delivery of IT Services of ING Bank, guaranteeing the high reliability and availability agreeing with service level in a 7x24 environment I coordinate a Team divided in 5 areas works composed by technicians and supervisors in a area of 40 people, managing a budget of 10 million euro. We operate in a technological environment that covers : the infrastructure, the management of the systems, middleware, network and security, fixed and mobile communication. We assure maintenance, management, evolution, and control of the systems, both on Primary and Business Continuity site.
