  • Developed and setup a successful business management project to significantly update and change multiple member benefit certificates in a matrix organization. The changes were made by taking information from a select set of Certificate Riders and entering the data on the certificates themselves and removing the riders. The changes needed to be made all at one time while adhering to DOL-ERISA (government) compliance. The project touched almost every system and business department in BCBSM.
  • Managed and assisted in the development of a new business process to implement individual certificate changes as they occur. This process ranged from change authorization to completion by both IS and the required business departments.

  • Provided Project Executive services in the setup of a $35M a year Global IT On-Demand outsourcing contract while performing Project Executive services on the client’s existing $9M a year global SAP outsourcing contract.
  • Took over the Project Executive position on a troubled $10M a year global SO project. Instituted a new strategic outsourcing contract that improved processes, reduced the client telecommunications costs, and greatly improved business relationships.

  • Took over the Project Executive position on a troubled $10M a year global SO project. Instituted a new strategic outsourcing contract that improved processes, reduced the client telecommunications costs, and greatly improved business relationships.
  • Successfully project managed a Global IT Deployment Project Office, and consulted with marketing teams and US based clients on global IT deployments.
  • Consulted on an existing global deployment of over 11,000 clients and servers to automotive dealerships. The project required planning and setup assistance, which resolved deployment issues/concerns, and improved project processes (e.g., administration, ordering, software setup, staging, installation, and reconciliation, etc.).
  • Project managed the global acquisition and deployment of client server technology for two large chemical corporations. Over 50,000 Workstations were deployed in 45 countries worldwide, meeting time and budget goals.
  • Consulted with a large global automotive firm to develop their deployment requirements for a deployment of workstations and servers to over 5600 Automotive Dealers throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Project managed the deployment of workstations and servers to six sites for a large insurance firm.
  • Project managed the installation of computer antivirus software and the completion of an asset inventory for a large metropolitan school district. High school students and subcontractors performed the inventory and installed the software on over 5000 PCs in 260 different school locations.
  • Project managed and coordinated the setup of a User Support Center, and the end-user training for a large school district's new Financial Management System, ensuring the smooth operation of this new venture.
  • Project managed the software and hardware integration of an extremely successful automotive diagnostic system project. The integration involved six different vendors.

  • Project managed very successful system/software redistribution projects in both the retail (Point of Sale) and automotive industries. The installations were implemented across the US and Canada.
  • Coordinated and managed equipment shows for the automotive industry. Created and presented very effective and well-received system demonstrations.
  • Facilitated DaimlerChrysler’s automotive diagnostic system's successful national distribution process (5000 sites). Provided the diagnostic system's technical support. Coordinated the system software and hardware changes between multiple vendors. Assisted in the marketing and design of future diagnostic systems.
  • Consulted with automotive and retail clients on Multiples Marketing Techniques (marketing, administration, usability testing, system testing, end-user training, user support, documentation, and the installation and maintenance of computer systems distributed across a large geographic area).
