I am a proactive leader with over seven years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in senior sales roles with some of the fastest growing companies in the industry. Along with my experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I possess a total of sixteen years of sales, management and business ownership skills. I have experience not only in sales and operational management, but also in the development and execution of marketing and advertising programs. ·As director of operations for Star Wash Inc., I was responsible for all aspects of a start-up business from design, development and construction to establishing management structure, marketing and sales strategies.

·I also took a start-up business from infancy to two locations and over $150,000 profit within 2 years.

·While working for Eisai Pharmaceuticals Inc. I achieved the following:

·Finished 1999 ranked 12th in percentage growth out of 146 representatives.

·Finished 2000 ranked 29th overall out of 146 representatives.

·Finished 2002 ranked in the top 12% in sales, 7th out of 248 in fourth quarter and 1st in volume change.

·Finished 2003 ranked 98th out of 396 representatives, achieving 113% to goal on Aricept.

·Received award for “Best Sales Presentation”, in regional sales contest, in 2001.

·Placed 4th in national sales presentation contest in 2001.

·Throughout my career I have always emphasized teamwork, coordination, training, employee development, and motivation to meet and exceed corporate goals and objectives. These skills and abilities are evident from my first position with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, where my branch had a growth of over 250% in my three years as manager, to my current role of managing a business from vision to profitable venture.
