Commissioned the resort in its phase-1 with 30 keys, bar, fine dining restaurant, Conference and recreational facilities, and Currently involved with executing the second phase of the project with 26 additional cottages, Ayurveda Spa and Wellness, Salon, Gym, Sauna, Natural Pool etc. Set-up the regional sales office, processes and the reservations team in Bangalore, and defined sales targets for the team. Initiated PR and FAM tours to the property to create awareness of the services offered to the customers. Instituted guest feedback and satisfaction tracking system and subsequently improved quality of services in terms of innovation, product and delivery.
