For the last two years Humboldt's scores on the Math MCA-II test have improved. Students feel comfortable and are actively engaged in their learning in my class.
As Head Girl's Basketball Coach at Martin High School I took over a program that had been struggling. Two years after I became Head Coach we finished in third place in the league and the next year Martin was the league champion.

I believe that the positive learning environments I create for students benefit them and their families, the school, and the community. Students become actively engaged in the content I teach whether it be mathematics or basketball. I believe that I can create similar situations of student success at your school.
