  • Day-to-day global sales pipeline management, including prioritization of sales opportunities, escalation of pre-sales requests, and coordination across regions.  The salesforce consists of 20 account managers and more than 30 pre-sales and sales support personnel.
  • Coordinated efforts to secure deals with content providers in high-value Internet properties.
  • Report on financial forecast and sales forecast to Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Management of compensation plans, commission payouts, and special incentive programs.
