Kimball Hill Homes is the 29th largest builder/developer in the Builder Giant 400, providing product lines in entry-level and move-up homes.

·Managed Chicago North and Cleveland divisions operations including profit and loss, budgeting/forecasting, sales, facilities, customer service, construction, financial reporting/planning, and training/development.

·Designed training programs for sales, construction and customer service which resulted in increased sales by 3%, decreased construction time by 24% and increased customer referrals by 11%.

·Closed 282 homes for over $103 million in Chicago North and Cleveland Divisions in 2007.

·Managed staff of 32 including sales managers, project managers, senior construction managers, quality assurance managers, construction managers, customer care managers, and division support personnel.

·Designed and approved all subcontractor scopes for multifamily, single family and condominium projects.

·Increased JD Power’s survey scores in Chicago market every year since participation began in 2002, from twenty-first in 2002 to forth in 2007.

Sundance Homes was a builder of single family homes in the Chicago metropolitan area and condominiums in the Chicago urban market, acquired in 1999 by Centex Homes.

·Managed construction of 125 single family homes in a residential community including scheduling, material ordering, supervision, subcontracting, customer service, and permitting.

·Evaluated and approved payment for contract trades on a job by job bases negotiating follow-up work and follow-up contracts.

·Test manager for new computerized customer care tracking system which impacted quality of service as well as number of customers managed per customer care manager.

·Managed multiple product lines allowing for reduction of customer care managers and reducing manpower by 66%.

·Developed and managed construction schedules reducing construction time by 18%.
