·Managed Chicago North and Cleveland divisions operations including profit and loss, budgeting/forecasting, sales, facilities, customer service, construction, financial reporting/planning, and training/development.
·Designed training programs for sales, construction and customer service which resulted in increased sales by 3%, decreased construction time by 24% and increased customer referrals by 11%.
·Closed 282 homes for over $103 million in Chicago North and Cleveland Divisions in 2007.
·Managed staff of 32 including sales managers, project managers, senior construction managers, quality assurance managers, construction managers, customer care managers, and division support personnel.
·Designed and approved all subcontractor scopes for multifamily, single family and condominium projects.
·Increased JD Power’s survey scores in Chicago market every year since participation began in 2002, from twenty-first in 2002 to forth in 2007.
