Valley's first and most prestigious luxury inn with 50 one and two bedroom suites located on 33 acres in Rutherford, CA. Processed incoming and outgoing communications while maintaining a positive and professional image. Received all guest requests and entered into Guest Request Database and follow up to ensure needs have been met. Provide information to guest inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services. Forward messages and faxes as needed to guests and various departments. Coordinated radio communications between security, engineering and the MOD in both emergency and nonemergency situations. Collaborated with other department heads such as Housekeeping, Bell, Valet and In Room Dining to make sure the guest rooms were ready and had their amenities in place for check-in. Prepared guest Itineraries and arrival packets for front desk the guest upon check-in. Draft customized welcome and departure letter signed by General Manager to either be placed into the guest room upon check-in or to be mailed to the guest home address upon departure.

Warehouse Production Specialist Premier wine bottling, storage, transportation and distribution facility located in Napa, CA. Managed the packing and shipping out of orders with care as well as assisting carriers with their pickups of all outgoing shipments. Trained and supervised the temporary staff ofwarehouseworkers as necessary. Processed all samples and donation requests both domestic and international for ownership, internal employees, events, tastings, education, public relations, sales, marketing, legal, and winemaking production. Extreme attention to detail is critical in ensuring compliance with federal and state alcoholic beverage regulations. Prepared invoices for customs clearance on international samples, and any other export documentation as required.

Scheduled and managed staff, including establishing staff performance and behavioral guidelines. Established new menu and pricing, ordered and maintained inventory of snack/food items. Worked with outside snack/food vendors. Collected cash receipts, deposited receipts into bank daily and gave receipts to Treasurer. Revenues increased 56% while expenses dropped 19% under my management.
