Rebuild farm equipment, used scrap iron to fix/build equipment. Projects included rebuilding a grinder, rebuild floors in hay trailers, modified an axel for a fuel wagon using a mobile home,etc.

Helped with the construction of grain bins. Used various power tools, and different hand tools. Unfortunately this was a seasonal job, but it gave me a reason to travel to Oregon and find work.

2006 - 2010

Mill Operator

Gothenburg Feed

Operated this mill daily, maintained the equipment, ran the welding shop, used several shop tools and many hand tools. Built equipment to improve many of the machines.

2005 - 2006

Build scaffolding/tear down

TW Stucco

Built scaffolding primarily, but worked in the shop as well. Prepared trucks to get to the jobs daily. I was able to better my shop skills and built a trailer for the company. It was here that I obtained my telescoping forklift certification. I used a "Tommy-gun" to pump grout compound.
