Responsible for leading the Information Management practice at Fujitsu Consulting that focused on systems integration efforts for major Content Management platforms such as Documentum and FileNet.

·Stabilized the Information Management practice after three executives were rotated in and out in the span of nine months.Reduced turnover by 25% and increased sales by 20% in first six months.

·Identified the need for and created a Regulatory Compliance solution and Go-To-Market strategy in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Products Goods markets that resulted in sales of $5M+ in first nine months of operation.

·Sold and led a $3M engagement that defined and created a Center of Excellence in the Integration space at a major Consumer Package Goods company in the Southeast. Defined and created design, build and run capabilities that enabled the organization to reduce headcount by 25% in COE costs by 30% over 2 years.

·Sold and led a $5M effort to build an enterprise wide Records Management capability at a major consumer products company in the Southeast. This engagement identified the need for a Corporate Records Management Department and enables the IT Director to get CIO and SVP Legal commitment to create and staff the Records Management division.

·Leveraged COE work to engage with SVP of Planning and assist in creating an IT Portfolio Management Solution that significantly overhauled the existing process and enabled the management of $100M+ of IT spend.

·Served as Engagement Director and strategic advisor for $5 Million B2B implementation.Recommended major integration strategy shift that resulted in 35% increase in exchange member adoption.

Worked with senior executives in their efforts to create, prioritize and manage the company’s $250+ million IT project portfolio.

·Facilitated prioritization and management of a $250M+ portfolio of major corporate initiatives with the CEO, senior executive leadership and key department heads.This enabled cutting $50M+ in funding for lower priority and lower ROI initiatives from the portfolio in the first year of operation, and continues to contribute to Northwestern being recognized as "America's Most Admired" life/health insurance company by Fortune Magazine.
