Provided development support for a DoD Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) used to conduct web based training for the Air Force and supporting agencies. Collaborated and contributed to the development of customized online courseware using OutStart Evolution LCMS 2006. Performs QA testing on all software changes, and ensures that courses pass the ADL Test Suite to meet SCORM and Section 508 compliance in accordance with Air Force standards. Conducts meetings and interviews with customers to determine and clarify courseware requirements. Provides advice and assistance to Subject Matter Experts (SME) on instructional objectives and design.
