Support the Specialty Care Business Unit and the U.S. Commercial Organization by providing project management, leadership support and execution for initiatives that drive performance enhancement and increase effectiveness to meet overall business objectives.


  • Coordinated and participated in the SCBU strategy session in conjunction with the President and Global Business Manager, and Leadership Team during which we identified and defined Business Unit Objectives and Strategies.
  • Maintain Business Unit employee engagement with objectives through Town Hall Meetings, Strategy Sessions, and Executive Communications.
  • Develop content for internal and external executive presentations for the President and General Manager.
  • Participate in various meetings on behalf of the Specialty Care Business Unit.


  • Improved operational excellence by managing timelines and deliverables for key Operations, such as brand updates for the President’s Report for the Pfizer Board of Directors. Coordinate the submission of materials for the quarterly Analyst Calls and call prep activities.
  • Manage all aspects of Space Planning and Equipment purchases for the Specialty Care Organization in an effort to operate more cost effectively cutting back on capital spend for the Commercial Organization by 13%.
  • Maintain constant awareness of key organizational issues and deliverables/timelines in order to promote a highly functional organization focused on goals.


  • Regularly liaise with functions integral to business success to facilitate business operations, including R&D, Legal, Finance, Medical Affairs, Public Policy, and Human Resources
  • Work closely with various Directors, Field Operations and Global Business Managers to coordinate commercial input needed for Sales events such as POA, Manager’s Meetings, and Sales & Marketing Leadership Meetings.

Project Management

  • Coordinated two Executive Advisory Boards which were created to enhance business relationships with U.S. thought leaders. Members included notable leaders in public policy, academic and medical institutions and large employers: CMS, CVS/Caremark, United Healthcare, Harvard, Yale, Sloan-Kettering, Towers-Perrin, Medicare, Cigna, Goodyear, and the FDA.
Employee Development

Developed, designed, and delivered a program to motivate and enhance administrative involvement and performance called Administrative Excellence.

  • Led the 2007 implementation of the Administrative Excellence Initiative which has been implemented throughout the legacy Wyeth company. Worked with the Pharmaceutical BU Operations Director, HR Representative, Corporate Communications, as well as Market Research to identify morale issues in an attempt improve performance and encourage excellence everyday in the way that we work. Successes of initiative in U.S. lead to World Wide implementation.
  • Identified cost effective program to develop administrators in areas such as competency/development. The result being 100% of the Commercial Organizations Administrative Staff with a set of objectives and a clear understanding of the competency program.
  • Recent accomplishments were: launch of the ACE (Administrative Center of Excellence) website, and the online development planning checklist.
