I am quite keen on studing and understang different Business Strategies, companies follow under different circumstances. Infact, currently I am preparing a writup on retail boom in India , how the present circumstances have affected them and what are the businesses doing to cope such dynamic sitution. I will update the same once its ready!

At present, I am working with Infosys Tech Ltd since last Two and Half years. I have a B.E. degree( Electronics) from Nagpur University,India.

Currently, I am working as an analyst, understanding and analyzing the customer requirement. Here important part of my work includes creating workflows for the customer requirement, suggesting & modifying the requirement design and implementing the same through my team!
During my tenure, I learned the pros and cons of the onsite-offshore model. I also came to know how Infosys has developed the "Global Software Life Cycle Model" that forms the basis for the whole outsourcing at Infosys.
Previously, as a fresher at Infosys, my work was to implement the specified functionality. The ERP that we are working on is PeopleSoft. Hence the major chunk of our development comes from customizations in the delivered workflows.
Technically, I had worked on E-compensation, Managers Desktop, Workforce Administration and Employee self service -Manager self service Modules, during my tenure with Infosys till now. These modules basically cover how the employee transverse from recruitment process to the termination. All the activities required for an employee in an organization are covered under the flow.

The final year project "Universal Temperature Sensing Rover" won third prize at collegiate project competition!
