One, a regional client struggling with a developing high visibility facilities issue. Through an intensive initial engagement period, worked with client personnel and developed in-house team to support the client in managing the crisis throughout the year culminating with SEC and shareholder notification of the material impact to the bottom line. The high level of client focus provided during the crisis phase of the engagement resulted in an ongoing and expanding scope of services sole sourced.
Two, a large national corporation that had already been through several rounds of strategic divestitures, reorganizations and strategic re-branding. Brought in as a technical resource two years before the sale of parent company to a large brand aggregating corporation, worked aggressively with internal and external resources and stakeholders to reduce and control corporate liabilities in preparation for the sale of the parent firm.
Three, an evolving book of smaller projects and engagements requiring periodic high focus interspersed with periods of relative inactivity. Developed a team of analysts and senior technical experts to support various projects as needs arose.
